A Multipurpose Barn in Ashville
We recently partnered with a local landowner to construct this stunning, custom-designed 40x56x16 pole barn on 65 beautiful acres. This building was engineered from the ground up to serve multiple purposes:
Massive Footprint: A 40' x 56' main building with a soaring 16' eave height.
Expansive Overhang: A 14' deep overhang runs the entire 56' length of the building, creating a massive, shaded outdoor living space.
Complete Insulation: The entire building is insulated for year-round comfort.
Finished Floor: A hard-steel trowel smooth finish concrete floor, durable enough for heavy machinery and polished for entertainment.
Living Quarters: The overhang area features a fully enclosed 16-foot deep section containing a mechanical room, kitchenette, and bathroom.
ADA Compliant: This structure was thoughtfully designed for full wheelchair accessibility, ensuring everyone can enjoy the space.
