You receive an exact, transparent written proposal detailing all materials, concrete pad specs, labor, and timeline. We assist with zoning setback documentation.
4. Professional Site Framing & Steel Erection
Our skilled Amish framing team arrives, digs post holes below frost line, sets 3-ply laminated posts, mounts engineered trusses, and attaches commercial 29-gauge steel siding.
5. Concrete Flatwork & Final Walkthrough
We pour and finish your reinforced concrete slab pad and apron, install overhead doors, clean up all construction debris, and inspect every detail with you.
